Vantage Ag - Zinc is an enhanced plant nutrient formulation derived from our proprietary reacted liquid Quantum Ag technology. Vantage Ag - Zinc is a highly effective sub nano particle formulation designed to cover and penetrate plant tissue. Our reacted liquid Quantum Ag technology allows nutrients to be completely bio-available and quickly absorbed and metabolized by the plant. The low amount of zinc allows for excellent crop safety and a more sustainable option.

Zinc Nutrition

Zinc is a micro nutrient that plays an important role by facilitating carbohydrate production, enhances respiration and regulates growth. Zinc is required for uniform maturity and is important for calcium translocation. Zinc deficiencies tend to occur on calcareous , high pH soils that have been machine leveled, are sandy in texture or have relatively high soil phosphorus levels. Deficiencies are most common in spring when conditions are cool and wet. Corn, soybeans and dry beans are the most sensitive to a zinc deficiency.

Application

This product is designed to be used foliarly when zinc is deficient. Consult label for specific application instructions. Rates on most crops are 50mL to 80mL per acre, when applied foliarly. Increase rates to 100mL/acre for soil applied and 150mL/acre when applied to a granular fertilizer. This product will tank mix with other products but always conduct a jar test to ensure compatibility. The results pertain to physical compatibility and cannot predict changes in crop protection, product efficacy or crop tolerance. Test all crop protection products applied at high end of recommended rates.
